What is better than 500 people socializing over a black-tie, three-course gourmet lunch? Doing it underwater. The catch: each course was a single bite wrapped in a waterproof coating of jelly. As Adam Lusher commented: "This dealt with the food, but just left the small matters of breathing, swallowing and staying on your seat."
